I am passionate about the quality of our consulting engagements and seek to ensure that we consistently exceed our clients’ expectations and help them positively impact their bottom line.

Michelle jointly oversees the U.S. practice, ensuring that Bridgeforce’s consulting engagements optimize value for its clients. She established an adaptable project-management methodology within Bridgeforce to allow the team to lead clients through various operational improvements. With over 30 years in the industry, Michelle has gained extensive experience managing the development and delivery of software and analytics products in support of consumer and small-business lending, with a focus on application processing, risk management and fraud. She has overseen the project-management functions for large engagements focused on critical regulatory compliance and continues to be heavily involved in the field of credit bureau management.

Michelle prides herself in the project-management methodology that she established, which Bridgeforce consultants have used to effectively conduct client engagements ranging in size from two to 70-plus people and a few weeks to over one year. Prior to Bridgeforce, she served as Principal and Owner of ACHIEVE Consultants, delivering project-management and consulting services in areas including software application development and enhancement, software product implementation, professional services staff operations and large-scale program management. Michelle resides in San Diego with her husband, and when she’s not focused on client engagements, she supports breast cancer awareness and leadership development for college women by volunteering for her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity for women.
