He has supported a major network processor with the implementation of a new real-time fraud engine and engaged with clients in the US and internationally in credit, collections, foreclosure, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, recovery, vendor management, credit reporting, and regulatory compliance. Gordon has driven process optimization across all product lines with the creation of key metrics and trending processes, including the development of policies, procedures, and controls.
Gordon has provided strategies and implementable plans that increased mortgage processing over 18% in 90 days and guided clients in regulatory responses that have resulted in “no” findings. He has recently worked with clients to ensure operational compliance with mortgage, loans, and deposits.
Gordon enjoys family time and his kids’ sporting events. He also serves the community as a school board member and by supporting local events.
