Eric has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. Eric has led or supported a variety of engagements spanning several products including credit card and mortgage products, along with auto, student loan, and small business loans. His experience includes engagements with varied focus including regulatory remediation activities; loss mitigation product and process design; operational processes and gap analysis. One recent engagement included the development and execution of remediation for a SCRA operation center spanning multiple consumer products.
Prior to joining Bridgeforce, Eric served as the SVP of Consumer Collections at KeyBank where he was responsible for consumer collections and recovery operations centers in the U.S., Canada, and Asia. Prior to Key, Eric worked at Fifth Third Bank for four years and spent eight years at MBNA. Eric and his family live in the Cleveland, Ohio area. When Eric isn’t working, you can find him hiking or biking through the nearby Cuyahoga Valley National Park.”
