Anne is a results-oriented leader with a diversified background in operations and risk management. Her deep experience in servicing operations, production operations and large-scale change initiatives has helped clients improve operational efficiency and control, revise procedures, implement new organizational models, assess compliance and oversee third-party operations. During her more than 20 years of financial services management and leadership experience, Anne has run almost every front- and back-office operation across the consumer credit lifecycle.
Anne’s experience stems from progressively more responsible positions at MBNA / Bank of America, starting as a Customer Satisfaction Representative and finishing as the Global Executive over Credit Print and Finish Production Operations. Prior to joining Bridgeforce, she was the Director of Risk for a start-up affinity credit card marketing and management firm.
Anne currently resides in Wilmington, Delaware. She loves to travel, eat good food and see live music.
