    The client had recently initiated an assessment of their fraud product offerings to ultimately develop and implement a strategic vision for a next generation fraud platform.  They were challenged with obtaining buy in from key stakeholders within the organization and the efforts had stalled. The client was in need of a third-party that would provide them with an unbiased vision that included industry insight and experience and also aligned with their culture.

    Specifically, Bridgeforce was engaged to perform the following;

    • Develop a vision and conceptualization for a best in class next generation fraud platform
    • Research and understand the industry high level attributes that will be required for incorporation in the next generation fraud platform
    • Gather insights and feedback from customers and internal business stakeholders to shape the final recommendation for the fraud platform
    • Compile all gathered inputs into a recommended vision document for the client’s project approval committee to review and approve in advance of moving forward with the formal planning process
