Conducting Strategic Investment Analysis & Supporting Execution
Enhance risk capabilities and reduce the cost of managing systems across three countries.

Successful migration with limited downtime and defects across the program
An international lender wanted enhanced risk capabilities to manage their diverse portfolios and reduce the cost of managing their systems across three countries.
The challenge that they faced was two-fold: (1) they needed to decide if benefits exceeded potential business value of undertaking such a complex migration and (2) they needed to ensure that this migration wouldn’t leave them susceptible to any major outages or credit / fraud loss risks during transition.
Bridgeforce initially completed a strategic analysis and business case inclusive of all risk systems (e.g., underwriting, fraud, portfolio management/risk systems, collections, etc.). The initial analysis was to assess the capabilities and gaps of the existing environment compared to the new environment and also determine costs, time, effort, and benefits of doing the system migration. Once client management approved the migration, Bridgeforce developed the comprehensive execution plan, provided advisement on transition and new Day 1 risk strategies, oversaw the day-to-day management of the program and led testing efforts associated with the risk systems cutover, ultimately resulting in a successful migration.
