Developed an advanced collections skills training specifically focused upon increasing a collector’s conversion rates through enhanced negotiation skills. This 6hr training class was facilitated by Bridgeforce across the client’s three collection sites to include all collectors and members of the management team.
- Build a foundational training module for the client to carry forward and supported by a Quick Reference Guide for the collectors to utilize
- Increased the confidence and skillset of the collection team to drive improved collection results
- Provide a roadmap to drive both sustainability of the training delivered, as well as future considerations for the client to create an industry best practice collection environment
