An online personal finance company identified a need to further train their collections associates.

The Solution

Developed an advanced collections skills training specifically focused upon increasing a collector’s conversion rates through enhanced negotiation skills. This 6hr training class was facilitated by Bridgeforce across the client’s three collection sites to include all collectors and members of the management team.
