Bridgeforce Industry Experts to Present at the 15th Annual Card Collections Conference
Bridgeforce has been invited to host a pre-conference workshop focused on "Customer Centric" Collections Call Center Management with their strategic partner Austin Logistics and moderate a panel on Collections Communications Technologies.
Newark, DE - August 4, 2006: Bridgeforce has been invited by Source Media to host a pre-conference workshop and moderate a panel discussion at their 15th Annual Card Collections Conference, the industry's longest-running collection industry event. Bridgeforce Chief Marketing Officer and Conference Advisory Board Member, Brian Reiss, will open the workshop by discussing the mindset shift and scope of change required to implement a "customer centric" collections call center model. Bridgeforce Business Solutions Practice Director, Matt Scarborough will then address the roles that technology and performance measurement play in this type of model. Austin Logistics will then pick up from Bridgeforce's session and focus on the demostratable value innovative organizations are achieving today by implementing a four-pronged approach to improving collections operational efficiency. Matt, will also moderate a Collections Communication Technologies panel focused on having leading industry collections communication technology providers share how leading collections organizations are using both new and existing communications technologies to improve their bottom line performance.
The conference is scheduled for October 11-13 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The Pre-Conference Workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, October 11th from 1:00-4:00PM and the Panel Discussion is scheduled for Thursday, October 12th from 4:00-4:45PM.
