Bridgeforce Industry Experts to Present at the 9th Annual National Collections & Credit Risk Conference
Bridgeforce has been invited to chair a Collections and Risk Technology Content Track and a Peer Working
Group Session focused on the current state and future direction of Collection technology.
New Castle, DE - January 20, 2005: : Bridgeforce has been invited by Thomson Media to chair and coordinate a Collections and Risk Technology Track and a Peer Working Group at their 9th Annual National Collections & Credit Risk Conference, the industry's premier conference for the credit granting and collections community. Bridgeforce President, Dawn Willey, will open the afternoon by discussing technology in collections and the challenges due to the diminishing returns being experienced with traditional technologies. In addition, Dawn will address imminent changes on the horizon that will lead to a new model for collections using different technologies and a marketing focused approach. Bridgeforce Business Solutions Practice Director, Matt Scarborough, will moderate three panels focused on having industry leaders share the latest trends and perspectives on the following areas; Web-Based Collections, Collections Automated eMail & SMS Messaging, and Collections Automated Voice Messaging. Bridgeforce Chief Operating Officer, John Sanders will moderate a Topic Specific Peer Working Group Session titled, "The Changing Face of Collections Technology: Capitalizing on Advanced Collection Solutions", designed to allow attendees to express thoughts, concerns and ideas and become active participants in the event.
The conference is scheduled for March 19-22 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The Collections and Risk Technology Track is scheduled for Monday March 21st from 2:00-5:30PM and the Topic Specific Peer Working Group is scheduled for Tuesday March 22nd from 9:00-10:15AM.
