Bridgeforce Moderates Panel on Strategies for Success Using IVR and Dialer Advances

John Savage, Bridgeforce Director of Technology and Chief Security Officer Moderated a Panel at the Collections Advisor, Tech '06 Conference in Las Vegas.


Newark, DE - December 18, 2006: Bridgeforce moderated a panel at the Tech '06 conference on Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and predictive dialer technologies. The panel focused on strategies for success and focused on how to advance collection processes by choosing the right VoIP, IVR and dialers from actual user case studies. The conference was held on December 7th and 8th at the Ballagio Hotel. The panel examined demographics for various options and the latest advances. John Savage moderated a panel that included: Randy Cooper, VP of Development at IAT, Tiffany Kreinbrink, President of Touchstar, Adrian Patten, CTO of Global Connect and Tim Segall, CTO of SoundBite Communications.
