Dawn Willey
CEO and Founder
Dawn Willey is CEO and Founder of Bridgeforce, Inc, a consumer lending and payments card business solutions provider. Previously, Ms. Willey was Executive Vice President of MBNA through its startup and growth years. During Dawn’s 16 year career at MBNA, she managed operations, and guided the investment evaluation and development of strategic business technology initiatives for collections, fraud, credit acquisition and portfolio risk management.
As CEO of Bridgeforce, Dawn has led the company to profitable performance since its inception. She credit’s the company’s success to the strength of the management team and a deep commitment to deliver high impact results to our clients. Customers include some of the top banks, consumer lenders, student lenders and financial service software providers in the U.S. and U.K.

John Sanders
Chief Operating Officer and Founder
John has held positions in credit, business consulting, project management, customer service and technology quality assurance at MBNA America and AIG Insurance. He has spent his career managing the implementation of high-profile projects that support mission-critical initiatives. These business process re-engineering and technology application initiatives include; advanced credit scoring and fraud detection in the U.S. and U.K, core processing, data warehousing and analytics, reporting, collections, and customer management systems. Prior to joining Bridgeforce, John played a key role in the quality-assurance efforts for worldwide Year 2000 system preparation that involved management of business units in over 50 countries. In addition to his extensive advisory work with clients, John is responsible for Bridgeforce’s corporate operations and financial matters associated with the successful execution of client project initiatives. His concentration continues to be in areas of credit, debit, stored value and integrated payment product strategies and solutions, and continues to help clients navigate through the convergence of the financial services and insurance industries.

Brian S. Reiss
Managing Director - US Practice
Brian has spent most of his career helping leading organizations develop and manage cutting-edge consumer
financial service products and services. Leveraging a solid foundation in consumer lending & technology
received at MBNA, Chase Manhattan Bank and Ernst & Young Consulting, Brian helped design some of the first
mass consumer internet banking, investment and customer acquisition / service programs. Prior to joining
Bridgeforce, Brian was a key member of Ericsson’s Global Mobile Commerce team helping to develop applications
and establish standards for mobile commerce and advertising services. Most recently, Brian has worked with
clients to optimize their loan acquisition and customer management strategies to improve the yield on their
account acquisition spend and existing account profitability. Brian’s work has helped clients increase
approval rates, loan outstandings, and overall portfolio performance.

Matt Scarborough
Managing Director - International Practice
Matt is an experienced entrepreneur whose career has included both banking and internet technologies. Matt began his career at MBNA with multiple roles in credit, customer service, collections, and marketing. He developed the criteria and infrastructure for managing marketing information during the startup phase of the home equity division and was then instrumental in the growth of account acquisition through the internet, including the development of email marketing and multiple co-branding relationships. Matt left MBNA to found Ensuredmail, Inc. in 1999, a company producing email encryption software. Under his leadership the company developed a suite of secure messaging solutions for customers ranging from consumers and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies and US Government agencies. Matt led the sales and business development efforts that attracted customers from over 70 countries by the time of Ensuredmail’s sale in 2004. He then joined Bridgeforce in 2004 and directs the company’s International business. Matt has led engagements enhancing the credit acquisition and collections operations of a variety of financial institutions, including leading the technical and organizational re-design of retail collections for one of the top 5 banks in the world in 2006. Matt speaks regularly at national conferences regarding collections technology and strategy. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters Degrees in both Business Administration and Economics from the University of Delaware.

Ye Zhang, Ph.D
Chief Scientist
Dr. Zhang has over 10 years of research, programming and project management experience. Ye's research is focused on
artificial intelligence (computer vision) and pattern recognition methods. Prior to joining Bridgeforce, Ye was the
Chief Scientist for the Ensuredmail encryption product. The Ensuredmail product received the FIPS 140 certification
for email encryption security while still being extremely user friendly. Ye has worked on various pattern recognition and artificial
intelligence projects including dynamic 3D scene motion modeling and tracking, human face modeling and tracking, and
facial expression recognition. He has published over 10 articles in technical journals and conference proceedings in
the area of computer vision and pattern recognition. Ye holds a Bachelor's Degree (1995) and a Master's Degree (1998)
in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sichuan University. He also holds a Master's Degree (2000) and a Ph.D.
degree (2001) in Computer Science from University of Delaware. Most recently, Ye has worked on the optimization of
web-based self-service applications and the development of an innovative online collections product solution. To

Jackie Sullivan
Program Management and Founder
Jackie is a founding member of Bridgeforce with specific program management experience in business and technology areas of Financial Services. She has recently managed a multi-million International Strategic Initiative converting a third party processing platform to an in-house solution, inclusive of 40+ vendors on behalf of a top 10 UK card issuer. Her role included Facilitation, Analysis, and Executive Reporting for the global program to stakeholders in the UK, US, & India. Jackie was involved in the project management of the initiative through multiple phases of this multi-year project, including Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, Design, Development, Coding, Unit Testing, System Testing, Architecture Design, Infrastructure Connectivity, Mainframe Operations, Marketing Systems, User Acceptance Test Planning, Training Strategy Creation, and Deployment & Implementation planning. She has managed all parts of the project life-cycle on initiatives including: Judgmental Lending, Bankruptcy System Re-write, Collections Incentive Program, Web Based Research Solution, and Lead Generation Campaigns. Her concentration continues to be focused upon the successful execution of large scale technology projects for financial services.

Don Sanders
Senior Advisor
As a result of several innovative technology solutions introduced by Don during his 30 years in the consumer finance industry, he has achieved eminent status in the field of risk management. He gained distinction by bringing the technology developed for financial services into new areas within and outside of that industry, and has earned prominence as a change agent through his thought leadership. In management positions at Korvettes Department stores, Citicorp, and Commercial Credit Corporation, he introduced credit scoring, brought in decision support software, and instilled a credit culture based upon science and technology but integrated with the human side of the credit and collection process. In 1990, Don co-founded Credit and Risk Management Associates, Inc. (CRMA), a risk management, marketing, consulting, data warehousing, and systems integration firm that was acquired by Fair Isaac Corporation in 1996. Don holds a B.S in Accounting from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD, and a Master of Science in Administration, with a concentration in Business Financial Management, from George Washington University.

Director of Technology
John joins Bridgeforce with 23 years of specialized experience in developing and managing mission critical
information systems for the financial service, defense, and software industries. John started his career
at the Boeing Helicopter Company, participating and leading in the development of system's projects centering
on MRP, Shop Floor Control, Inventory Control, Cost Accounting, and Performance Analysis. He led the development
and implementation of the first client server technologies at Boeing. After successfully managing his own
computing services company, John joined MBNA America where he managed the technology demands of 8000 computers
and 150 application and file servers throughout their regional offices. During his tenure as the Chief Software
Architect for Ensuredmail, John was responsible for the development and delivery of email encryption solutions
as well as all backend processes including database, network infrastructure, and internet application services.
Beyond just understanding systems,
John excels at understanding a client’s business and how to design technology solutions that will help them
achieve both their short and long-term business goals.
