Dawn M. Willey |
Dawn brings over 25 years experience to
the consumer and small business lending and payments industries. Prior
to establishing Bridgeforce, Dawn was Executive Vice President of MBNA
through its startup and growth years. During Dawn’s 16 year career
at MBNA, she managed operations, and guided the investment evaluation
and development of strategic business technology initiatives for collections,
fraud, credit acquisition and portfolio risk management.

Matt Scarborough |
Matt’s wide-ranging expertise in the
credit industry spans a number of continents — as well as disciplines,
including economics and engineering. As head of Bridgeforce’s international
and investments practice, whose clients includes some of the world’s
largest banks and investment firms, Matt designs and orchestrates numerous
credit initiatives, including business processes such as lending and
payments, collections and recovery, as well as investment portfolio
due diligence and management. Prior to joining Bridgeforce, Matt owned
and
managed a software company that provided security solutions for banking,
healthcare, and governmental agencies. He holds a Bachelors degree
in Mechanical Engineering and Masters Degrees in Business Administration
and Economics from the University of Delaware.

| Brian S. Reiss Managing Director US Practice |
Brian brings a unique combination of creativity,
financial and technical insight, and operational zeal to Bridgeforce’s
client engagements as the head of Bridgeforce’s US Practice.
For Bridgeforce clients, that may mean a new roadmap or end-to-end
solution
that addresses the credit challenges they may be facing. Brian advises
and helps clients with their challenges across the entire credit lifecycle,
as well as oversees implementation for key domestic clients. Brian
has over 15 years experience in the credit and financial industry,
and holds
a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance from
the University of Delaware.

| John M. Savage Managing Director Risk Technology & Solutions |
John brings 25 years IT experience to mission
critical applications in the financial sector. John also has an extensive
knowledge of telephony and industry standard lending technologies,
as well as a solid foundation in lending strategies and analytics.
When
it comes to assessing the technical and/or operational needs of Bridgeforce
clients, John’s knowledge of the credit industry’s leading
tools and software translates into solutions that keep our clients
efficient and highly competitive. Prior to joining Bridgeforce, John
held management
positions in the aerospace, banking, education and software industries.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Delaware
Tech.

| Andrew Domino Managing Director Bridgeforce Ltd |
Andrew has over 18 years in the financial services industry and is currently focused on expanding Bridgeforce’s International Practice. Andrew has held a variety of roles, most recently as the Chief Operations Officer for MXT Card Services, a start-up credit card and portfolio management company. Prior to that role, Andrew was the Operations Risk Director for Bank of America consulting China Construction Bank in Shanghai, China. His areas of focus in China were Call Center Strategies, Staffing Optimization, IVR efficiency, Customer Service and Call Forecasting,. Andrew served as the Chief Operating Officer for the joint venture with Bank of America and IXE Banco in Mexico City where he created a credit acquisition department focused on judgmental lending, re-designed collections and optimized staffing levels in Fraud and Customer Service. Throughout his career, Andrew has held management positions in Collections, Customer Marketing and Marketing Strategies, Hispanic Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, Education, Customer Retention, Activation and Activation Strategies and Telesales. His most recent engagements at Bridgeforce have involved authorizations / fraud strategies in Central America and mortgage risk mitigation and consumer lending strategies in the United Kingdom.

| Don Sanders Senior Credit Risk Advisor |
Don has over 30 years experience in the
consumer finance industry. He is credited with several technological
solutions
in the field of risk management for which he has achieved eminent status
as both a leader and a change agent. In his management positions at
Korvettes Department stores, Citicorp, and Commercial Credit Corporation,
for example,
he instilled a credit culture based upon science and technology, introducing
such advances as credit scoring and decision support software. In 1990,
Don co-founded Credit and Risk Management Associates, Inc. (CRMA),
a risk management, marketing, consulting, data warehousing, and systems
integration firm that was acquired by Fair Isaac Corporation in 1996.
Don also served as a Board Member heading the Risk Committee for Metris
Companies prior to its acquisition by HSBC and continues to actively
advise companies in both a Board and non-Board level capacity. Don
holds
a B.S in Accounting from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD, and a Master
of Science in Administration, with a concentration in Business Financial
Management, from George Washington University.

| Steve Stark Director US Practice |
Steve brings 25 years of well rounded experience from line through leadership positions with several industry leading financial institutions in the areas of; collection call center management, risk and operational strategies, and technology. He is strategically focused with hands-on expertise in nearly all aspects of the credit life cycle across several products. Steve has an established track record of identifying business opportunities and developing new strategies for achieving results. While at Bridgeforce, Steve has lead initiatives both domestically and abroad with top 10 financial firms including mortgage and home equity loss mitigation, collection, recovery, acquisition, line management, authorizations, fraud, strategy alignment, and creating executive level dashboards and analysis. He has a solid understanding of the business and a unique ability to lead teams to focus on areas of greatest importance for bottom line results. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Delaware.

| Satya Yadav Director Decision Science Practice |
Satya is a unique talent in this industry – a Ph. D Statistician that has over 15 years of direct experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring advanced models and strategies for the entire credit life-cycle combined with a strong understanding of the lending and payments businesses that he has served. Prior to joining Bridgeforce, Satya worked at American Express, Chase Auto Finance, and Barclays; where he not only owned and managed their end-to-end modeling capability, but also was very active in helping the business deal with its tactical and strategic challenges by combining the art and science aspects of analytics. He has a proven track record of exceeding clients’ expectations by striking the right balance between the cost, quality and speed components of any given initiative. Satya will lead our Decision Science Practice. Satya holds a Ph. D. degree in Applied Economics and Statistics from the University of Minnesota.
